(2S,3R)-4-Hydroxythreonine derivatives.

We developed recently an efficient and stereoselective procedure for 4-hydroxythreonine acetonide.  It is available for sale as N-Fmoc or N-Boc derivative.

2′,6′-Dimethyltyrosine.

We have improved a process for manufacturing of 2′,6′-dimethyltyrosine and its derivatives on a kilo scale.  Purity of our product is 99%, and its chiral purity is well above 99% ee.
