LEX Company is in B2B business with companies and research facilities. We are located in Phoenix Park in Shirley, Massachusetts. Our products are mostly custom made heterocycles, amino acids, small peptides, and natural compounds derivatives for biomedical research. We can manufacture these on a laboratory scale, and scale up them in our kilo lab.

Recently, we dealt with selective modifications of plant products with very diversified biological activities, i.e. amanitin, ingenol, euphol, etc. In cosmetics arena, LEX Company developed a process for manufacturing a high purity cosmetic tetrapeptide Dermican on a kilo scale.

Our facility is fully equipped to carry out the most advanced chemistry, including asymmetric hydrogenation and enzymatic processes for production of chiral rare amino acids. Chromatography in our lab employs Buchi and Agilent HPLC equipment and counter-current chromatograph to obtain high purity products.
